MSS Classroom Support
The MSS Classroom A/V Support (CS) team provides essential audio visual services to over 170 centrally supported classrooms. An experienced TechSquad team member, along with hotline phone numbers for both campuses, help ensure classroom needs are addressed promptly and with minimal disruption.
All classroom computer issues outside of basic troubleshooting will be redirected to Instructional Computing Services staff, who have remote management tools to provide a quick resolution to a variety of classroom computing issues. If an issue cannot be resolved with the use of these remote management tools, a technician will be dispatched to resolve the issue during normal business hours.
The team also offers fee-based A/V system troubleshooting services for departmental learning spaces.
Our appointment service will allow you to schedule one of the following training options as soon as 24 hours in advance. If you need to schedule training sooner, please call the appropriate campus office number so we can verify the room and technician availability. Training topics include: General System Training (30 minutes), Zoom for Classroom Use (30 minutes), Kaltura Classroom Capture (15 minutes), and Quick System Operation (15 minutes).
